Notes

Making Waves is a play centred on an RNLI cox approaching retirement; the play was praised for its authenticity which included not only the writer Stephen Clark spending several months collecting stories from lifeboatmen and their families, but the director - Daniel Slater - actually worked with a rookie RNLI crew whilst a student.
